摘　　要：数字视频广播 (DigitalVideoBroadcasting)即DVB ,作为电子消费产品与通信技术的结晶 ,与计算机及网络技术的联系日趋紧密。DVB是近年来国际广播电视系统的主流技术 ,结合实际应用 ,本文给出基于PCI总线的DVB接收卡的软、硬件设计 。Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB),as the outcome of electronically consuming productions and communications technology, is closely inclined to connect with the technologies of computer and network gradually. Nowadays, DVB is the mainstream technology in the international TV broadcasting system. For applying to the utility, this paper proposes the software and hardware designs of DVB receiving card based on PCI bus to watch the digital TV programs of satellite.
