摘　　要：介绍了欧盟主要成员国的WEEE指令的目前转换情况,并对比利时、荷兰、瑞典这三个国家现有的回收系统进行了详细的说明。同时简要介绍了日本和美国的废旧电子、信息产品污染防治体系及采取的措施。This paper introduced the transformationof WEEE in main countries of European Union, and comparedthe recycling systems of Belgium, Holland and Sweden. Atlast, it also introduced the electronic information productspollution and prevention in Japan and US.
