油管自动喷漆干燥晾床的设计

摘　　要：为了消除油管手工刷漆效率低及漆层难以干燥的缺点 ,开发设计了油管自动喷漆 干燥晾床。该晾床由直行小拖链、晾干大拖链、进出料装置和控制系统等 5部分组成。晾床总长1 1 5m ,可摆放 76根油管 ,1根油管进入晾床需 2 1s。油管喷完漆进入晾床到干燥出床约 2 7min。若喷涂快干漆 ,干燥需要 5～ 8min。晾床的控制系统可对喷漆前的进料辊轮、喷漆后的直行小拖链、进出料气缸、大拖链进行全自动控制 ,实现了油管喷漆和干燥过程的全自动化。A automatic paint-spraying and drying table for tubings ls designed so as to replace the manual painting.The structure of the paint spraying and drying table is analyzed,and the characteristics of the table are introduced.With a length Of 11.5 m,the table can handle 76 tubings in total.And it needs 27 min for painting and drying of a single tubing by the fully automatical controlled painting and drying table.
