可放压式防盗封井器的研制与应用

摘　　要：为解决油田长停井原油回收难、土地污染、不法分子破坏井口等问题 ,研制了可放压式防盗封井器。可放压式防盗封井器主要由防盗盖、导向器、限位体、防盗锁等组成 ,该装置安装在长停井井口套管短节处 ,起到了防盗和放压回收原油的作用。通过现场 80多井次的应用 ,已经回收原油 30 0 0多t,减少大修 3井次 ,节省土地污染费 2 0多万元 ,累计创效 380多万元。对于长停井 。Long shutdown oil wells have the problems of oil being hard to recover,pollution of well site and damage of wellhead by lawbreakers.Therefore a burgiarproof well plugging device is developed,by which the crude oil can be bled off from the well.This new device is mainly comprised of burglarproof cap,guider,stop device and lock.It is connected with the casing pup joint,plays the role of both theft proof and oil recovessry.The well plugging device was applied on over 80 wells,and more than 3 000 t crude oil has been recovered,and investment on puilution control is reduced greatly.
