水平井用液压封隔器坐封工艺技术研究

摘　　要：针对水平井液压封隔器不能实现坐封 ,采用盲孔球座不但不能洗井 ,还会在打压过程于油管内形成气塞 ,影响坐封效果 ;采用盲孔球座和分流开关组合方式又存在水击和不能洗井的问题 ,提出了单流阀坐封球座和坐封球塞 2种水平井液压封隔器坐封工艺 ,并研究设计了单流阀球座和坐封球塞。对Y4 41— 1 5 2封隔器进行的室内试验结果表明 ,这 2种工艺基本能够满足液压封隔器在水平井段的坐封工艺要求 ,这两项工艺技术应用前景广阔 。To solve the problem of setting of hydraulic packers in horizontal holes,a ball-and-seat and a setting ball plug is designed for two setting technologies respectively.The operating principle of the ball-and-set and the setting ball plug is expounded.and their structures are described.Indoor test of Model Y441-152 packer shows that,these tow technologies can meet the need of setting of hydraulic packers in horizontal holes.With the development of hodzontal holes,these technologies may find wide use in Shengli Oilfield and evenother oil fields in China.
