摘 要:目的 :研究早期干预对早产儿智能发育的影响。方法 :将 112例早产儿随机分为干预组 (5 6例 )和常规育儿对照组 (5 6例 ) ,同时选择同期正常足月新生儿 5 6例作为正常对照组。早产儿两组的围产期情况相似 ,干预组从新生儿时期开始接受早期干预。结果 :纠正年龄 12、2 4、36个月时干预组早产儿智力发育指数 (MDI)高于对照组 ,两者差异显著。达到和超过正常新生儿水平 ,而对照组较正常新生儿组明显落后 ,且对照组有 2例智力低下 ,干预组无一例智力低下。结论 :早期干预可以促进早产儿智能发育 。Objective: To study the effects of early intervention on the intellectual development of premature infants. Methods: 112 premature infants were randomly divided into two groups: early interventional group (56 cases) and conventional care group (56 cases).56 term infants were selected as normal control group. Prenatal conditions were of no significant difference between the two premature infant groups. The early intellectual intervention was conducted on neonate in the early interventional group. Results: At the corrected age of 12, 24 and 36 months average scores of MDI (mental development index) in early interventional group were higher than those in the conventional care group (P<0.01) and caught up with those in the normal control group. But in conventional care group, the scores were lower than those in normal control group. There were 2 cases who were mentally retarded in conventional care group but none in early interventional group. Conclusion:The results showed that the early intervention could promote intellectual development of premature infants and be of benefit to the prevention of mental retardation.
