摘　　要：目的　寻找功能部位深度烧伤创面与疤痕畸形修复的理想覆盖材料。方法　将功能部位的深度烧伤创面和疤痕切除后 ,创面行脱细胞异体真皮 +自体薄皮片移植。结果　 6 0例患者移植复合皮一期成活率 97% ,肢体功能恢复满意。结论　脱细胞异体真皮 +自体薄皮片是功能部位皮肤缺损的理想覆盖材料。Objective To find a good cover material for repairing of deep-burned functional part and scar deformity.Methods We excised the scar or wound of the deep-burned functional part,and then covered the lesion with acellular allogeneic dermis+autologous thin-split graft.Results Sixty cases were included in this study.The survival rate of the conjunction graft was 97%.The recovery of the function was satisfactory.Conclusion Acellular allogeneic dermis in conjunction with autologous thin-split graft is an ideal cover material for skin damage of functional part.
