前列腺素E_1与福辛普利联合治疗糖尿病肾病疗效分析

摘　　要：目的　观察前列腺E1(LipoPGE1)与福辛普利联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病 (DN)和肾功能正常的临床糖尿病肾病 (DN)的疗效。方法　将 86例 2型DN患者随机分为对照组 (福辛普利 )和治疗组 (福辛普利 +LipoPGE1)。比较两组治疗前和治疗后 8周UAER、Scr和BUN等指标的变化。结果　 (1)治疗后治疗组和对照组UAER均显著下降 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ,治疗组比对照组下降更为明显 (P <0 0 5 )。 (2 )治疗后治疗组Scr显著下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而对照组则无明显改变。 (3)治疗后两组BUN、FBG、MPA、TC和TG均无明显变化。结论　LipoPGE1和福辛普利联合治疗能有效减少早期DN和肾功能正常的临床DN患者的蛋白尿 ,改善肾功能。Objective To study the effects of integrated liposomal prostagladin E 1(Lipo PGE 1) and fosinopril on early diabetic nephropathy (DN) and clinical DN.Methods 86 patients of type 2 diabetic patients with DN were randomly divided into control group (fosinopril) and treated group(fosinopril+Lipo PGE 1).UARE,Scr and BUN figures were compared between two groups before treatment and eight weeks after treatment.Results UAER had been decreased significantly in both groups(P<0.05,P<0.01),and more significantly in treated group than in control group(P<0.05).Scr had been decreased significantly in treated group (P<0.01),while no significant decrease of Scr had been found in control group during the follow-up (P>0.05).Furthermore,no significant decrease of BUN、FBG、MPA、TC and TG had been found in both groups.Conclusion Integrated Lipo PGE 1and fosinopril can ameliorate proteinuria and improve renal function of the patients with early DN and clinical DN of normal renal function.
