摘　　要：世界LNG工业正处于大发展时期,LNG已成为世界上贸易量增长最快的一次能源。在我国,扩大对LNG的利用,可起到弥补石油资源不足、保证能源供应的多元化、逐步提高我国环境质量的作用。了解世界LNG贸易、供需前景、资源潜力、运输能力、定价机制、削减成本的可能性以及国际大石油公司在发展LNG方面的做法,对我国健康、高效地发展LNG工业有现实意义。我国应在发电用天然气的价格制定方面考虑LNG新项目的进展情况以及LNG未来的成本、价格变化趋势;在江苏、浙江等省增强西气东输管道天然气与LNG互为依托的调节能力;通过实施LNG项目,加快利用外资和与国外大石油公司合作的步伐,并降低我国大石油公司介入新领域的风险。he global LNG industry is currently in a period of rapiddevelopment. LNG has become the primary energy sourcewith the quickest growth in global trade volume. In China awider application of LNG can make up for inadequate oilresources, ensure an overall energy supply and graduallyimprove the quality of the nation's environment. It is of realsignificance to China's healthy and effective LNG industrialdevelopment that we understand the world's LNG trade, theTprospects for supply and demand, the potential resources, thetransportation capacity, the pricing mechanism, the possibilityfor cost reduction and the experience of international oilgiants in LNG development. China should take into accountthe progress of new LNG projects and future LNG costs, aswell as trends in price variation when the nation formulatesthe price for natural gas used for electric power generation.It is necessary to increase the adjustment capacity for the useof piped natural gas from the West-East pipeline and LNGin Jiangsu Province and Zhejiang Province. Efforts shouldbe strengthened to accelerate the introduction of foreigncapital and cooperation with foreign oil giants in the executionof LNG projects and to lower the risk for China's oilcompanies involved in this new area.
