摘  要:原油卸车作业过程中存在易燃易爆油气和多种灾害性火源,存在较大的火险隐患。采用半封闭卸车、增加鹤管堵头等措施可有效降低作业空间的油气浓度;机车进出台位限速、使用防爆工具、保持设备接地良好、安装消静电器等措施可较好地防止产生灾害性火源,预防火险的发生。There are easier combustion and explosive oil gas and several disastrous fire sources in crude oil unloading; hence, there is bigger fire hidden trouble. Application of some measures, such as semi-close unloading and increase of crane tube plug etc. can availably decrease oil gas concentration in operating area. The speed of the train was limited when it put into and leaves from its platform its platform. Anti-explosive tools were used. Grounding of equipment was kept well. Anti-static electricity apparatus was installed. These measures can prevent from production of disastrous fire sources, to avoid fire accident.
