摘  要:用羧甲基纤维素(CMC)与CS_2在一定条件下进行反应,合成了一种新型的水溶性纤维素衍生物纤维素黄原酸酯(CMCX)。用UV及IR谱进行表征,测得酯化度为3.0%,即含S量1.0%(重量比)。对其稳定性进行了较系统的研究。结果表明CMCX在固态比溶液状态稳定得多,找到了一种较有效的助凝剂CaCl_2。在CaCl_2和CMCX共同作用下,对于10mL浓度为10mg/L的金液,CMCX的用量为0.1g,作用时间1min,对金回收率可达96%。Several species of water soluble carboxyl methyl cellulose xanthate(CMCX) have been prepared by the reaction of CMC with CS_2 in aqueous solution. The product CMCX has been identified by UV spectrum. The degree of esterification is about 3.0%(i.e. 1.0% of S in weight). It is more stablein the solid state than in the solution state. The efficiency of reovery Au from 10mg/L of Au aqueous solution can reach 96% by using CaCl_2 as co—coagulant, and the reaction time is only 1 minute, pH does play an important role in increasing the efficiency of recovering Au, where the optimun pH value has been found to be 10-12. The optimum dosage of CMCX is 0.1 CMCX for 10mL of 10mg/L Au aqueous solution.
