摘  要:20 0 1年 7~ 10月间通过对北京动物园水体的水质监测 ,从生态学角度探讨各环境因子对水华过程的影响。同时 ,通过建立浮游植物生态模型 ,模拟了浮游植物的生物量变化。水质监测结果揭示 ,水体中叶绿素浓度与总磷浓度之间有明显的正相关关系。浮游植物生态模型的模拟结果和实测数据基本符合。浮游藻类的生物量的变化趋势主要受水温、光照和总磷浓度的影响 ,而总磷浓度和光照的影响大于温度的影响。夏季藻类增长对光照的影响比其它季节更为敏感。浮游动物的捕食作用在藻类的衰减率中占有的比例明显小于其它因子 ,浮游动物对藻类的影响不大。Algae blooms frequently occuring in bodies of water at the Beijing zoo is one of the most significant causes of environmental concerns in the park.An investigation of the water quality was conducted from July to October,2001,and the influences of factors that contribute to the occurrence and maintenance of alga bloom are discussed.Also a simple econsystem model is demonstrated which simulates phytoplankton fluctuation during an alga bloom.The results of water quality monitoring indicated that the changes of chlorophyll concentration of water body were closely related to those of total phosphorus concentration.Simulated results of the ecological model of phytoplankton basically correlated with the measured data.The fluctuation of phytoplankton biomass was strongly influenced by water temperature,solar radiation and total phosphorus concentration, howerver,the total phosphorus concentration and solar rediation had much greater influence as compared with water temperature.Solar radiation in summer months has a more sensitive effect on the phytoplankton biomass than in other seasons.The zooplankton has little influence on the phytoplankton fluctuation.
