摘　　要：为评价药物干预对糖耐量受损(IGT)者的糖尿病和心血管疾病的预防作用,对116例IGT患者进行3年的临床观察,结果发现,阿卡波糖干预组糖尿病及冠心病的发病率低于对照组。In this study, 116 subjects with impaired glucose tolerance were followed up for 3 years. The results showed that the incidences from diabetes and coronary heart disease in acarbose treatment group were less than those in the control group.
