摘  要:应用血流仪和心肌对比超声心动图测量犬基础状态和高血糖状态冠状动脉前降支和心肌微血管的血流量,应用双嘧达莫后,前降支血流量和血流储备无明显变化,而心肌微血管的密度、血流量和血流储备明显下降。The blood flow in left anterior descending branch of coronary artery and myocardial microvessels was measured before and after dipyridamole at basal and hyperglycemic states by flowmeter and myocardial contrast echocardiography. After dipyridamole administration, the blood flow and blood flow reserve of anterior descending branch of coronary artery did not significantly change, and the density of myocardial microvessels and the blood flow and blood flow reserve of these microvessles were obviously reduced.
