STUDY ON ACTIVITY COEFFICIENTS OF OXIDES IN CaO-SiO_2-V_xO_y SLAG SYSTEM

摘  要:用固体电解质定氧探头测定碳饱和铁水中氧活度的方法研究了在1510℃时与碳饱和铁水相平衡的 CaO-SiO_2-V_xO_y 系熔渣中 V_2O_3,SiO_2,MnO 及FeO 的活度系数,并考察了光学碱度对它们的影响.结果表明,当光学碱度从0.554升至0.760时,(V_2O_3)的活度系数将从5.33×10^(-3)降至4.24×10^(-5),(SiO_2)的活度系数也将随光学碱度的升高从1.155降低至0.068,而(MnO)的活度系数却随光学碱度的增加而增大,变化范围为0.53~2.62,在该实验体系中(FeO)的活度系数在0.132~0.82的范围内变化,且在光学碱度∧=0.65时取得极大值γFeO=0.82,∧≠0.65时,γFeO 均将减小.The activity coefficients of (V_2O_3),(SiO_2),(MnO) and (FeO) in CaO-SiO_2- V_x O_y slag system equillibrated with carbon saturated iron melt at temperature of 1510 ℃ are studied by measuring the potential of oxygen in liquid iron using solid electrolyte probe,and the effects of the optical basicity on the activity coefficients are also examined.The results show that when optical basicity is increased from 0.554 to 0.760,the activity coefficients of (V_2O_3)and(SiO_2)would decrease from 5.33×10^(-3) to 4.24×10^(-5),1.155 to 0.068 respectively. On the contrary,the activity coefficients of (MnO) rise up from 0.53 to 2.62 with increasing optical basicity.The activity coefficients of(FeO)were in the range of 0.132~0.82,having a maximum value about 0.82 at the optical basicity of ∧=0.65.
