二甲基甲酰胺作业工人皮肤污染水平研究

摘  要:目的 对二甲基甲酰胺 (DMF)接触工人皮肤污染和吸收水平进行研究。方法 选择不同车间、岗位的 42名DMF接触工人进行个体采样 ,测定DMF的皮肤污染量 ,尿甲基甲酰胺 (NMF)含量 ,并测量DMF接触工人所在的作业岗位空气中DMF的浓度。结果 整理车间皮肤DMF吸附量最高 ( 3 45 86μg L) ,高于干法 ( 15 9 99μg L)、湿法 ( 114 75 μg/L)车间。整理岗位的皮肤DMF吸附量最高 ( 3 45 86μg L) ,高于涂头( 12 7 0 3 μg L)、制浆 ( 15 6 40 1μg L)、放卷 ( 12 5 3 6μg L)、收卷 ( 15 2 67μg/L)岗位。整理车间空气中DMF浓度 ( 10 77mg/m3)不超标 ,干法 ( 2 8 68mg/m3)、湿法 ( 4 3 ,62mg/m3)车间空气中DMF均超标 ,收卷( 9 18mg/m3)、整理 ( 11 80mg/m3)岗位空气中DMF浓度不超标 ,涂头 ( 61 68mg/m3)、制浆 ( 86 0 7mg/m3)、放卷 ( 2 0 0 8mg/m3)岗位空气中DMF浓度均超标。尿中NMF均可检出。结论 空气中DMF浓度不超标时 ,只要有严重的皮肤污染 ,同样可对机体造成危害。DMF污染不仅与车间空气中DMF浓度有关 ,还与皮肤DMF污染程度有关。DMF的经皮吸收不容忽视 。Objective To investigate dermal contamination and absorption among workers occupationally exposed to dimerthylformamide. Methods 42 workers exposed to DMF from different workshops were monitored. The degree of dermal contamination and the content of DMF in urine were measured, and DMF concentration in air was also detected in 22 workplaces. Results The highest degree of dermal contamination was observed in arrangement workshop. DMF concentration in air in arrangement workshop or arrangement post were lower than standard (10 77mg/m 3 and 11.80mg/m 3, respectively), however, which in dry spinning workshop, wet spinning workshop or other posts all exceeded standard (28 68 mg/m 3, 43 62 mg/m 3, 61 68mg/m 3, 86 07mg/m 3 and 20 08mg/m 3, respectively). And NMF concentration in urine exposed to DMF could all be detected. Conclusions Although the DMF concentration in air dont exceed standard, which can be absorbed by skin when dermal contamination exists. The results suggest that individual protection is important to avoid DMF absorption via skin.
