摘 要:本文介绍了在实验室条件下采用顶喷法喷吹碳酸钠熔剂炉外处理磷含量为0.4~0.5%的中磷生铁的实验结果.使用铁水量4.5%的碳酸钠时,脱磷率为85~90%,脱碳率为~15%,脱硫率在70%以上.与供给同量碳酸钠的插入式喷吹法结果相比较,脱磷率高5%,脱碳率少4%,脱硫率低~9%.顶喷法的脱磷保碳效果明显优于插入式喷吹法,是一种很有前途的炉外脱磷方法.This paper presents the experimental results on the external pretreatment of medium phosphorus pig iron containing 0.4-0.5% P by top injection of soda-based fluxes in laboratory.The soda is added in the amounts of 4.5% of the weight of pig iron.Dephosphoriza- tion ratio is 85-90%.Decarbonization ratio is about 15%.Desulfurization ratio is above 70%. Compared with the experimental results by immersion injection with the same consumption of soda,the dephosphorization ratio of top injection is higher by 5%,while decarbonization ratio is less by about 5%,desulfurization ratio is less by about 5%.The effects of dephosphorization and inhibiting oxidation of carbon in top injection process is obviously superior to that in im- mersion injection process,hence the process of external dephosphorization by top injection has very good development prospect.
