摘  要:在内径0.18m、高2m 的气升式内环流反应器中,实验测量了提升管内装入不同开孔率(孔径0.013m)筛板对反应器流体力学及传质特性的影响,用 Na_2SO_3氧化法测量了 K_Lα.筛板最佳开孔率为20%,其 K_Lα较不装筛板提高40%,气含率也有增加.还测量了筛板开孔率对液体平均循环速度和混合时间的影响,给出了实验关联式。The hydrodynamic and mass transfer characteristics of loop reactors with sieve plates of three different open areas in the riser are studied.The volumetric coefficient of mass transfer was determined by the method of Na_2SO_3 oxidation.The gas holdup mean liquid criculation velocity and mixing time are also examined.The optimum perforation ratio of sieve plates is found to be 20%,which makes the value of KLa increased 40% as compared with reiers without sieve plates.Correlations are presented based on the experimental data.
