摘  要:SRPTCP油管传输射孔技术是采用抽油杆泵系统和分体式压差点火头的油管传输射孔技术。介绍了分体式压差点火头的工作原理 ,分析了其与常规一体式点火头射孔技术相比所具有的优势 ;采用点火头和射孔枪身分离下井的方法 ,结合抽油杆泵技术 ,抽油杆泵系统可以产生且控制射孔后所需负压 ,射孔后可以直接投产。该工艺安全性强 ,下井及点火成功率 10 0 % ,尤其适合一些老井补孔措施中。SRPTCP tubing conveyed perforation technology is a TCP technique to utilize pump system with rod and differential pressure ignition way with separating parts.The paper introduces its working principle and analyzes its advantages comparing to conventional one parted perforation tool.That using this method to lower the ignited head and perforation guns separately and combining the technology of pump with rod makes the pump rod system to produce and control the needed under pressure after perforation and produces directly.This technology is high safety and has 100% successful ratio and suits for some old wells needed perforation and treatment.
