电泵井生产测试配套技术在塔河油田的应用

摘　　要：根据塔河油田电潜泵井的复杂井况 ,配套应用倒“Y”型管柱测试技术和DPT压力计监测技术 ,可以完成地层PVT取样、生产测试、分层采油、系统试井、压力恢复试井、常规监测等多项工作。Production Factory,Daqing Oilfield Ltd.) Production test plug like up-down 'Y' shape has a function of inverted valve,particular out letting pressure system and high sealing ability which makes sure the nicety of data.Cast type of DPT pressure gauge can monitor p&t for a long time and utilizes limiting connector to fix DPT which has functions of compensating fluid pass area,reverse circulation to well and accurately locating position.According the complicated situations for electric pump well in Tahe oilfield,the techniques of DST stem up-down 'Y' shape and monitor with DPT pressure gauge have been matched and applied which can complete many jobs such as PVT sample,production test,recovering oil for separated layers,steady well test,pressure build-up test and conventional monitor etc.
