摘 要:本文介绍了在实验室条件下用CaO-CaF_2-Fe_2O_3体系熔剂采用顶部喷吹法炉外处理磷含量为0.4~0.5%的中磷生铁的实验结果.在熔剂消耗量为生铁量的5~5.5%的条件下,脱磷率为80~85%,脱碳率不高于15~20%,终点磷在0.06~0.10%的范围内,脱磷后的铁水可满足下一步转炉少渣炼钢的要求.还采用插入式喷吹法做了对比实验,在其它条件相同时,插入喷吹法的脱磷结果比顶喷法差.This paper presents the experimental results on the external pretreatment of medium phosphorus pig iron containing 0.4-0.5% P with CaO-CaF_2-Fe_2O_3 fluxes by top injection process in laboratory. Under the flux consumption of 5-5.5% of the weight of pig iron, dephosphorization ratio is 80-85%, decarbonization ratio is not more than 15-20%, and the final phosphorus content in pig iron lay in the range of 0.06-0.10%, dephosphorization pig iron may meet the requirements of the subsequent low-slag steelmaking in oxygen converter. Comparative experiment with immersion injection process was also carried out under the same conditions except injection procedure. The dephosphorization results of immersion injection is worse than that of top injection.
