摘　　要：目的　探讨超声在诊断注射式隆乳术后哺乳期并发症的价值。方法　总结注射式隆乳术后并发哺乳期感染的超声声像图特征 ,结合临床、手术和病理结果进行相关的分析。结果　患者的超声声像图类似急性乳腺炎和乳腺脓肿 ,手术及病理证实了感染的存在和对组织的损害 ,手术不能将假体完全清除。结论　超声是诊断注射式隆乳术后哺乳期并发症的首选检查方法 ,术前能提供准确的定位和定性诊断 ,术后能准确评估治疗效果。Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic value in lactation complications after injected augmentation mammaplasty(IAM).Methods We summed up the infectious features of lactation after IAM on ultrasonic images and analysed relevantly with clinical,surgery and pathology.Results The manifestations on ultrasonic images were similar to acute mammitis and mammary abscess.Operation and pathology confirmed the infection and tissue damages.Operation could not clean out the prothesis entirely.Conclusions Ultrasonography is the first selected method for diagnosing complications of IAM.It can accurately determine the sites and characteristics of IAM preoperatively,and can accurately evaluate the therapeutic effects postoperatively.
