摘 要:通过对胜利炼油厂VRDS装置卸出催化剂的分析发现,VRDS装置一反、二反顶部催化剂运转后的主要沉积物是炭和铁、钙、镍、钒等金属化合物,铁主要沉积在一反脱金属催化剂上,钙在一反、二反催化剂上均有沉积,镍和钒主要沉积在二反催化剂上。实验室模拟评价及X射线能谱仪测定结果表明,铁和钒主要沉积在催化剂的外表面,钙主要沉积在催化剂的外表面和近表面,镍在催化剂的内外部均有沉积。金属在催化剂上的沉积规律与金属在原油中的存在形态、催化剂性质及金属化合物在催化剂中扩散和分解速率有关。The unloading catalysts from the 1st and 2nd reactors of VRDS unit were analyzed, and the result indicated that the main deposited elements were carbon, iron, calcium, nickel and vanadium. Fe, Ca, and Ni & V were mainly deposited on the catalysts in 1st reactor, 1st and 2nd reactors and 2nd reactor respectively. The lab simulation evaluation and X-ray EDS analysis results indicated that Fe and V were deposited on the surface of the catalyst, Ca was deposited on the surface and interface of the catalyst, and Ni was deposited on both of the outside and inside of the catalyst. The metal deposit rule was depended on the patterns of the metals in crude oil and the property of the catalyst as well as the diffusion and decomposition rates of metal compounds in the catalyst.
