摘　　要：研制出一种由表面活性剂、润滑剂、防锈剂、稳定剂、低粘度矿物油、杀菌剂和水等组成的透明微乳化水基切削液。实验室评定结果表明,该乳化液具有良好的防锈性、润滑性和稳定性,达到了设计指标要求;3个月的使用试验结果表明,乳化液的润滑性能和防锈性能基本没有下降。该乳化液不含氯化石蜡和亚硝酸钠,因而具有重要的环保意义。A kind of transparent micro emulsion as cutting fluid consisted of surfactant, lubricant, antirust additive, stabilizer, mineral oil with low viscosity, biocide and water, etc. was prepared. The laboratory evaluation showed that the said cutting fluid had good performances such as lubricating, antirust and stability, which reached the design target. Three months service test indicated that its lubricating and aritirust performance almost no declining. The said cutting fluid was free of wax chloride and sodium nitrate, which would be significant to the environment protection.
