摘 要:本文详细叙述了水平管密相气力输送压降的4种主要计算方法,即压降比法、经验公式法、附加压降法和力平衡法(物理模型法).简单介绍了数值模拟、热力学相似及气液相似等在气力输送理论中的应用.经比较发现力平衡法对密相输送管道压降的计算最为准确.最后对今后密相气力输送压降研究所应开展的工作提出了建议.The four major approaches developed to calculate pressure drop for dense- phase pneumatic conveying of solids in horizontal pipes,i.e.the ratio of pressure drop of gas-solid mixture to that of pure gas flow,the empirical formula,the additional pressure drop, and the force balance(physical modelling),are described in details.The numerical simulation, thermodynamic analogy and gas-liquid analogy to pneumatic conveying are also briefly intro- duced.It is found from compaison of computional error that the calculated value with the force balance approach is closest to the experimental data.Finally,future research topics on pressure drop for dense-phase pneumatic conveying are suggested.
