摘　　要：目的研究特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者T淋巴细胞功能变化,探讨T细胞在ITP发病机制中的作用。方法采用FACS分析CD3+细胞表面CD28的表达;ELISA法检测血清IL-2水平。结果ITP患者CD3+T细胞表面CD28的表达率和血清IL-2水平均显著高于正常对照组,两者呈正相关。结论 ITP患者T淋巴细胞异常活化,细胞因子分泌失调,破坏自身免疫耐受。Objective Study on the function of T lymphocytes in idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) in order to investigate the role of T lymphocytes in the pathogenesis in ITP. Methods The expression rate of CD28 was tested by FACS. Sera were bioassayed for IL-2 content using ELISA. Results Both the expression of CD28 on CD3+ cells and the serum level of IL-2 were much higher in ITP patients than in controls. They were in positive correlation. Conclusion Abnormal activation of T cells and disregulated cytokine secretion in ITP lead to the breakdown of immune tolerance.
