摘　　要：环磷酰胺的心脏毒性较少见,多发生在大剂量使用时,可引起心肌病、心包炎,甚至致死性充血性心力衰竭。本文就环磷酰胺对心脏毒性作用的发病机理、病理改变、诊断、危险因素及防治措施等方面的研究进展进行阐述。Cyclophosphamide-induced cardiotoxieity is not common, and appears more with high dose. It may induce cardiomyopathy, pericarditis, even fatal congestive heart failure. The research progress of pathogenesis, pathologic changes, clinical diagnosis, risk factors and measures of prevention and treatment of cyclophosphamide-induced cardiotoxieity were reviewed in this essay.
