摘  要:本文对风口直吹管预燃煤粉提高煤粉的总体燃烧率进行了理论探讨,建立了一维数学模型.应用此模型可预测直吹管预燃各种煤粉的条件和能力以及不同喷煤条件时各项燃烧参数的变化.由此可供高炉选择最佳的喷吹参数,设计合理的预燃煤粉方案和设备结构.A mathematical model of pulverized coal combustion in the blowpipe before entering the tuyere of a blast furnace is established based on the theory of numerical combustion and reaction engineering in multiphase flow.The heterogeneous reactions of coal with gas components,and transport and reaction in the porous particles were accounted for in the model.Distribution of heat of reaction between gas and solids as well as heat exchange by radiation between particles were included in the inventory of heat balance.This model can be solved numerically to predict parameters such as combustion temperature,gas composition, percent combustion of coal and the heat loss through the blowpipe wall.
