摘　　要：分析了限额设计在工程项目投资控制中的重要性及其控制投资的原理。论述了限额设计在工程项目投资控制中的运用方法及注意事项。用应用实例指出限额设计是控制工程投资的有效方法和措施 。The paper analyzes the importance of quota design in investment control of construction project and its control principle.The utility method and causion should be taken in consideration are described.With some practical examples, it points out that quota design is the effective method to control the construction investment and should be popularized.
