摘  要:目的 了解天津滨海地区解脲脲原体 (Uu)和人型支原体 (Mh)的耐药状况 ,指导临床合理用药。方法 应用珠海丽珠公司支原体鉴定试剂盒进行检测。结果  116例患者中有 6 0例培养出支原体 ,占 5 1.72 % ;Uu单项阳性 36例 ,占 31.0 3% ,高于Mh单项阳性 (4例 ,3.4 5 % )和Uu、Mh混合感染 (2 0例 ,17.2 4 % ) (P <0 .0 5 ) ;药敏结果显示 ,敏感药首选为美满霉素、强力霉素 ,其次为交沙霉素、司帕沙星。结论 Uu和Mh引起的泌尿生殖道感染有逐年上升趋势 ,加强实验室监测 ,对防止支原体耐药株的发生和发展尤为重要。Objective To study the resistance of Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) in Tianjin seaport and reasonable administration of therapeutic drug. Methods The mucoplasma was measured by the reagent kit from the Lizhu reagent company. Results Samples from 116 patients were collected and tested. The positive cases were 60,and the positive rate was 51.72% ;The positive cases of Uu sample were 36,and the positive rate was 31.03% ;While Mh and Uu+Mh mixed infection,the positive rate was 3.45% and 17.24% respectively. Significant difference was found between Uu and Mh or Uu+Mh (P <0.05 ). From the sensitive test,the sensitive drugs were Minocycline and deoxycyline,then josamycin and sparfloxacin. Conclusions The human urogenital system infection caused by Uu and Mh has increased year by year. We must reinforce the laboratory detection. It is important to prevent the development of mucoplasma resistance.
