条形码在临床免疫学检验项目和标本管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的　建立一种临床免疫学检验项目和标本的信息管理方法。方法　利用条形码检验信息管理系统 ,编制检验项目和标本管理模块。结果　通过标本和检验信息对应关系的程序管理 ,实现了每天按“工作清单”指令完成测定项目 ,按“清库单”丢弃过期标本。结论　该模块可使检测过程有序规范 ,避免了手工管理标本造成的项目漏检、报告不及时等现象 ,提高了工作效率和管理水平。Objective To establish a computer program for the management of sample and test item in clinical immunoassay. Methods Using barcode clinical laboratory information system,a module for management of sample and test item information was established. Results The sample container and it's test item were matching by the module. By the computer,the technician made an assay item list as their work list,a waste sample list for discard the waste sample. Conclusions The sample and it's test item module make the assay process reasonable,more efficient and reliable. It also benefits for management of the laboratory.
