摘  要:针对唐山建龙烧结厂竖炉球团添加OG泥后抗压强度出现的变化进行了研究。通过对原料粒度、球团矿抗压强度及其矿相结构进行分析和鉴定 ,结果表明 :竖炉球团由于焙烧不均匀 ,造成部分球团出现双层结构 ,导致其抗压强度明显降低。添加OG泥后 ,球团矿中出现了液相固结 ,球团矿抗压强度因此而大幅度提高。The change of pellet compression strength after OG sludge was added to pelletizing mix in shaft furnace pelletizing production in Jianlong Sintering Plant, Tangshan was researched. Through analyzing material granulometry, measuring pellet compression strength and observing their microstructure, the result shows that because the uneven firing for pellet in shaft furnace, the double layers structure could be formed in few pellets and result in these pellets's compression strength decrease apparently. After OG sludge was added to pelletizing mix ,the liquid bonding phase appeared in pellet, so the pellet compression strength was increased greatly.
