降低烧结返矿率攻关实践

摘　　要：安钢集团水冶钢铁公司 380m3 高炉的建成投产 ,烧结机扩容改造的完成 ,对提高烧结矿成品率 ,降低烧结返矿率提出了新的要求。为此 ,在烧结车间进行了为期两个月的技术攻关 ,使烧结矿返矿率由 1 9%以上降低至 1 6 %以下。As the commissioning of 380m^3 BF and the completing of enlarging sintering machine area modification, the requirements that sintering plant must increasing sinter output and decreasing return fines were proposed. So, the solving bottle-neck problems work duration of two months was conducted, and as a result , the return fines ratio was decreased from 19% to less than 16%.
