摘  要:本文对铁浴煤氧喷射造气反应机理进行了分析和考察,在此基础上建立了动力学模型.结果表明,射流氧使铁氧化成 FeO 并弥散分布于熔铁中,[C]与中间产物 FeO 的反应是气化过程的主要反应.The mechanism of coal gasification in liquid iron bath with coal-oxygen injec- tion was investigated in this paper.Based on the experimental results,a kinetic model of this process was established.At the interface between oxygen jet and liquid iron,Fe was oxidized into intermedium FeO,then FeO was separated into molten iron in droplet form.The FeO droplets was further reduced by dissolved carbon in liquid iron,CO and H_2.The simulated results showed that the reduction of droplet FeO by dissolved carbon in liquid iron was the rate-limit step of gasification.The content of FeO in liquid iron was about 0.13% under the conditions of present experiment.
