摘 要:本文较全面地观察了2-羟基-5-(1-甲庚基)苯甲醛肟(N-590)与不同比例2-羟基-5(1-甲庚基)二苯甲酮肟(N-510)的混合物萃取 Cu 的性能,并与 N-590,N-510和 N-530[2-羟基-4-(1-甲庚氧基)二苯甲酮肟]等单一萃取剂的性能作了比较.N-590具有很强的 Cu 萃取能力,但反萃取困难.采用 N-590与 N-510混合萃取体系可改善 N-590的反萃性能,而萃取能力,萃取和反萃速度及 Cu-Fe分离因数均高于 N-510,因而具有实际应用价值.The performance of the mixure of 2-hydroxy-5-(1-methylheptyl)benzaldoxime (N-590)and 2-hydroxy-5-(1-methylheptyl)benzophenone oxime(N-510)in different ratios in extraction of Cu were systematically evaluated.Comparison was made on th behaviours of the mixtrue and pure N-590,N-510or N-53012-hydroxy-4-(1-methylheptyloxy)benzophenone oxime].The extraction behaviour of Cu(Ⅱ)is very potent,but Cu stripping is difficult.The stripping behaviours of N-590 and N-510 mixture are superior to that of N-590,and the extraction efficiency,extraction and stripping speed as well as Cu-Fe separation factors are higher than those of pure N-510.Therefore ,the N-590-N 510 mixture system is promising for practical use.
