摘 要:在盐膏层等复杂地层钻探过程中 ,常规钻井液易受到盐、膏等的污染 ,导致钻井液性能恶化 ,维护处理复杂 ,甚至引发钻井事故。针对此类地层 ,研制了抗盐、抗钙能力强的高密度有机盐钻井液。通过大量的试验 ,优选与有机盐相配伍的处理剂 ,优化处理剂加量 ,确定了有机盐钻井液配方为 :水 +0 .5 %Na2 CO3 +(3%~ 4 % )抗盐粘土 +(0 .15 %~ 0 .2 % )XC +(1.5 %~ 2 .5 % )降滤失剂 +(5 0 %~ 130 % )复合有机盐 +2 %无荧光防塌剂 +1.0 %聚合醇 +加重剂。并对该钻井液体系的流变性、抑制性、抗温性、抗盐、抗钙能力、固相容量等进行了评价。结果表明 ,该钻井液体系性能稳定 ,抑制性、抗污染能力强 ,固相容量限高。 2 0 0 3年该高密度有机盐钻井液在家 5 9井现场应用中 ,钻井液性能稳定 ,携砂能力强 ,维护处理简单 ,解决了盐膏层钻进中的钻井液技术难题 ,避免了复杂及事故的发生 ,安全顺利钻穿了该井沙二段 341m的复杂盐膏层。In the exploration process of complex reservoir such as salt-gypsum formation, the conventional drilling fluids are easy to be contaminated by salt and gypsum. The mud property goes worse and the conditioning of the drilling fluid becomes difficult, and sometimes this results in drilling accidents. A heavy organic salt drilling fluid with strong Ca 2+ resistivity was studied based on lots of experiments. Compatible additives with the organic salt were selected, and their addition were optimized, with the composition was: water+0.5%Na 2CO 3+(3%~4%)salt resistant clay+(0.15%~0.20%)XC+(1.5%~2.5%) filtrate reducer+(50%~130%) compound orgnic salt+2% non-fluorescence anti-collapse agent +1.0% polycol+ weighting additive. Property parameters such as rheology, thermal stability, inhibiting ability and solid capacity of the fluid were assessed with satisfactory results. In 2003 year, the fluid was applied in Jia59 well, and the property was stable, the cutting carrying ability was strong and the field conditioning was convenient. It solved technical problem in drilling the salt-gypsum layer and no accident occurred.
