摘　　要：针对大庆调整井、深探井等特殊井中存在高压层 ,固井时不易压稳、易发生“窜槽”等复杂问题 ,研究出了具有冲洗和隔离双重功能的、稳定性强和流变性好的高密度冲洗隔离液体系。该体系配制密度范围宽 ,稳定性好 ,2 4h沉降稳定性不大于 0 .0 2g/cm3 ,耐温性较高 ,对钻井液的冲洗率达到 10 0 %。现场应用表明 ,高密度冲洗隔离液具有冲洗效率高、配制密度在 1.0 0～ 1.85g/cm3 范围内任意可调 ;流变性良好 ,有效解决了高密度、稳定性和流变性三者之间的矛盾 ;冲洗隔离液具有良好的抗温性 ,温度高于 5 0℃以上具有二级悬浮能力 ,确保了压稳地层 ,防止了油气水窜 ,保证水泥环胶结质量 ,提高了固井质量。In Daqing oilfield, high pressure layers are encountered during drilling exceptional wells such as adjustment wells and deep exploratory wells. As they are difficult to pressure into stable state, complex problem such as channeling is easy to occur. A high density flushing spacer fluid system with flushing and enveloping functions, as well as high stability and good rheology was studied. The density of the fluid is adjustable within a wide range, the properties remain stable( density difference from top to bottom is less than 0.02 g/cm 3 in 24 h), the thermal stability is good and the flushing rate is up to 100%. Field using showed the high density flushing spacer fluid has advantages such as high flushing efficiency, adjustable density between 1.00～1.85 g/cm 3 and good rheology. It effectively solved the conflicts among high density, stability and rheology. This spacer fluid system ensured the cement bond quality, avoided oil/gas/water channeling in Daqing oilfield.
