摘  要:分析了宝浪油田宝北区块储层特征、敏感性及已钻井油层损害现状及原因 ,研究了在复杂储层条件下保护油气层钻井完井液的屏蔽暂堵技术。宝北区块储层物性较差 ,属低孔低渗、特低渗油藏 ;储层敏感性矿物主要是粘土矿物 ,次为碳酸岩类、黄铁矿和碎屑云母 ;存在强水敏、强盐敏、中等程度的碱敏和应力敏感、弱的酸敏和速敏等敏感性。根据宝北区块储层对渗透率有贡献的孔喉半径区间、孔喉中值半径 ,以及宝浪油田普遍使用的聚合物不分散钻井液中固相颗粒粒径范围及中值直径 ,按 2 / 3架桥原理 ,对架桥粒子和填充粒子的粒度分布及加量进行了优选 ,得出完井液配方为 :井浆 +0 .5 %CaCO3 (粒径小于 5 μm) +1.0 %CaCO3 (粒径小于 8μm) +1.5 %加重用CaCO3 +1.5 %EP 1(或 2 %~ 3%FT 1) +0 .3%XY2 7(调粘度 )。屏蔽暂堵技术现场推广应用 2 2 2口井 ,从测试井的数据可以看出 ,未保护井的平均表皮系数为 4 .2 2 ,平均堵塞比为 1.5 6 ,平均采液指数为 0 .14 3t/ (d·m·MPa) ;保护井的平均表皮系数为 - 0 .4 5 8,平均堵塞比为 0 .971,平均采液指数为 0 .1918t/ (d·m·MPa) ,注水井日注水量及注水强度分别提高了 1.82 5倍和 2 .0 8倍。In order to protect oil formation of Baobei Block in Baolang Oilfield, the reservoir characteristic, mineral sensitivity and damage to oil layers of drilled wells were analyzed, and the causes of formation damaging as well. Effect of shielding and temporary plugging technology in challenging conditions was also studied. Results showed that the physical property of Baobei formation is poor, classified as low porosity and low to ultralow permeability reservoir. Clay mineral is the dominant sensitive mineral with the secondary ones to be carbonate rock, pyrite, detrital and glim merite. At the same time, damage of strong water and salt sensitivity, medium alkali and stress sensitivity, weak acid and velocity sensitivity exist simultaneously. According to pore throat radius interal and pore throat median radius contributing to permeability of the reservoir, as well as the solids particle diameter scale and median diameter of non-dispersion polymer drilling fluid widespread in this oilfield, particle distribution and addition were optimized based on 2/3 bridging principle. The drilling fluid composition is: field mud+5%CaCO 3(particle diameter less than 5 μm)+1.5%EP-1(or 2%~3%FT-1)+0.3%XY27(to condition the viscosity). The shielding and temporary plugging technology has been used in 222 wells. Logging data showed that the average skin factor, plugging ratio and fluid productivity index were 4.22, 1.56 and 0.143 t/ (d·m·MPa) respectively, whereas the testing ones were -0.458,0.971 and 0.1918 t/(d·m·MPa) respectively. In addition, the production volume and intensity per day were increased by 1.825 and 2.08 times.
