摘 要:T8 10XK井是塔河油田一口钻井液施工难度较大的“S”型长裸眼斜直深井 ,二开 φ 2 4 1.3mm井眼裸眼井段长达 4 35 3.5 8m ,裸眼跨度大 ,钻遇地层复杂 ,上下地层存在较大的压差 ,井身结构与井眼轨迹特殊 ,在井深 4 95 0m以下还要定向钻进。该井施工的关键技术是提高钻井液的防缩径阻卡、稳定井壁能力和润滑性能 ,因此长裸眼上部易缩径井段选用了优质低固相强包被不分散阳离子钾基聚合物钻井液体系 ,长裸眼下部易扩径定向井段选用了阳离子钾基防塌聚磺钻井液体系。由于钻井液技术措施合理且实施到位 ,施工过程中钻井液性能稳定 ,易于维护 ,悬浮携带能力强 ,润滑性好 ,井眼通畅 ,实现了无阻卡现象 ,井眼稳定 ,基本无掉块、坍塌 ,全井段平均井径扩大率仅为 6 .35 % ,井底干净无沉砂 ,造斜定向钻进顺利 ,测井、下套管一次到位 ,确保了安全、快速、优质施工。Well T810XK with a trajectory of S shape is a deep slant hole of long open hole. Many difficulties exist in drilling operation: in the φ 241.3 mm hole, the open section is as long as 4353.58 m, complex formation to be drilled through and high pressure differential exists from top to bottom, the well structure and trajectory are uncommon, and directional drilling will be conducted lower than 4950 m. As the key operating factor of the well is to improve the anti-shrinkage and pipe sticking, hole stabilizing and lubricating ability, top quality potassium based cationic polymer drilling fluid with low density, non dispersion and strong enveloping properties was used in easy shrinking section of upper open hole, and anti-sloughing potassium based cationic polysulfonate drilling fluid was employed in the lower section. Due to reasonable and practical drilling fluid measures, the drilling fluid remained stable during the whole drilling process. The cuttings carrying ability is good, the lubricating performance is perfect, and the hole is in gage. Neither pipe sticking nor collapse occurred, and the average hole diameter enlargement rate is only 6.35%. There were no sands down hole, nor problems appeared in drilling, building-up, and subsequent logging and casing operation.
