电流控制型PWM控制芯片LT1247在电动汽车逆变器开关电源中的应用

摘　　要：电流控制型PWM控制芯片LT1247较常用的UC2843外部电路更为简单,动态响应迅速,开关频率可以达到1MHz。重点介绍LT1247的工作原理,并给出其在电动汽车逆变器隔离式DC/DC开关电源中的应用实例。Compared with the more frequently used UC2843, the current mode PWM controller LT1247 needs less outercomponents, has a quicker dynamic response, even more its switching frequency can reach 1MHz. This paper focuses on thedescribing of the principle of LT1247, there is also an example for its application in isolated DC/DC switching power supply usedin electric vehicle inverter.
