摘　　要：MaK船用中速柴油主机在世界航运船舶中所占比例已达18.5％,排名第二。基此,此文详细分析了MaK M32型船用柴油机启动困难的原因,提出了改进建议,给出了应急措施,并解决了该故障。对轮机管理人员具有很好的参考指导意义。Percentage of MaK marine medium main diesel engine in the ocean-going ships of the world has risen to 18. 5% , that is NO. 2 position in the word. Based on this, the paper has analysed carefully difficult starting causes about MaK type M32 marine diesel engine, presented improvement proposition, offered emergency measures and solved the problem. It has an importment referring and instructing significance for engineers.
