摘　　要：应用层次分析法确定影响物业管理投标书总体方案的各因素间权重 ,根据灰色关联理论建立了对投标书进行总体综合评价并排序优选的数学模型 ,给出了计算实例 .The weight of infection factors for scheme of property management bidding documents is ascertained with hierarchy analysis. The model according to grey related can be put to use the comprehensive appraisement and optimum seeking for property management bidding documents has been established. The calculation example is given.
