摘　　要：介绍了STD V40工业控制机在煤气辊道窑温度控制系统中的应用。实现了对整个辊道窑30个温度点的集中监视和对其中22个温度的自动控制,满足了生产工艺的要求。在实现中,选用参数整定方便的控制算法,实现了对辊道窑的高精度控制,大大提高了产品质量,降低了废品率,为企业创造了良好的经济效益。The application of the STD V40 industrial computer to a temperature control system in a gas roller conveying kiln is introduced in this article. The designed control system, which includes centralized monitoring of 30 temperature points in which 20 temperature points arc controlled automatically, meets requirements of the technological process. Besides, the selected control algorithm, which is easy to tune parameters, guarantees highly precise control to roller conveying. It leads to improvement of Product quality, decreasement of reject rate, and, as a result, high economic benefits for the enterprise.
