摘　　要：陈淮博士是国家级特殊贡献专家，著名经济学家，博士生导师，2004年5月就任建设部政策研究中心主任。此前系国务院发展研究中心市场经济研究所副所长，研究员。主要研究领域: 工业化理论、产业结构理论、区域经济理论、人口就业理论等。Up to now, macroscopic readjustment and control has achieved obviouseffects, but the prominent contradictions and problems in the operation ofChinese economy have not been fundamentally resolved yet. The size of fixedassets investment is still a little larger than the proper size. The developmentof construction industry and fixed assets investment has close relationship.How to estimate the influence of the adjustment of macroscopic economicpolicy on the construction industry? In the second half of this year and thesucceeding years, what changes will happen to the size and structure ofconstruction market? A few days ago, the correspondents of this magazineinterviewed Dr. Chen Huai, an economist and the Director of PolicyResearch Center of the Construction Ministry on these questions.
