摘　　要：根据现代物流的定义与特点,介绍了货运代理与现代物流之间的联系与区别,探讨了铁路货运代理发展现代物流的必要性。对铁路货运代理向现代物流发展存在的优势和问题进行了详细的分析,并针对这些问题,提出了具体对策。According to the definition and characteristics of modern logistics, the paper sets forth the connections and differences between freight agent and modern logistics, then discusses the necessity of developing modern logistics by railway freight agent and analyzes the advantages and problems of the development in details, to these problems, puts forwards the development countermeasures.
