摘　　要：本文分析了减速顶用管修工作的现状 ,减速顶分散修的弊病和专业化集中修的有利条件 ,阐述了专业化集中修是减速顶维修体制发展必然趋势的观点 ,探讨了由分散修向专业化集中修过渡中遇到的问题和解决这些问题的办法 。This paper analyzes present situation of application,management and maintenance and evil of decentralized maintenance and favourable conditions of centralized maintenance of professionali-zation for retarder.It expounds the view point that centralized maintenance of professionalization is inevitable trend of development for maintenance system of retarder and discusses problems raised and methods solving the problems during the transition from decentralized maintenance to the centralized maintenance of professionalization and steps of carying out the centralized maintenance of professionali-zation.
