摘  要:在凝胶注模成型的丙烯酰胺单体溶液中加入适量的聚乙烯乙二醇(PEG),可有效克服在空气气氛下单体聚合形成凝胶网络的氧阻聚问题,从而消除陶瓷坯体的表面起皮现象,使坯体的尺寸得以精确控制。研究了加入PEG对碳化硅粉体的分散性、浆料的流变学特性、素坯的强度以及微观结构等的影响,并初步讨论了PEG对单体凝胶化过程中氧阻聚效应的抑制作用机理。The inhibition of oxygen,which occurred in gel-casting during the formation of polymer networks through in-situ polymerization of monomers in air,was successfully prevented by adding a proper amount of polyethylene glycol(PEG)to the aqueous acrylamide solution. Thus the surface-exfoliation of ceramic green bodies was eliminated and the aim of precisely controlling the size of the formed green bodies was achieved by gel-casting in air. The effects of PEG on the dispersibility of SiC powder in water,the rheological behavior of SiC suspension,the mechanical strength and the microstructure of SiC green bodies are studied,and the mechanism of PEG in eliminating the oxygen inhibition is also discussed.
