摘　　要：目的　观察聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶 (HPG)注射后发生并发症者的人体免疫学变化。方法　通过免疫比浊法测定对照组和注射HPG后发生并发症者的注射组血清中免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、IgA和补体C3、C4 的表达水平。结果　注射组IgG和C3表达水平较对照组降低 ,差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。IgM表达水平较对照组升高 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。IgA和C4 表达水平与对照组比较差异无显著性意义。结论　HPG作为软组织充填剂注入人体 ,在机体内可引起异物排斥反应 ,对机体有无长期的免疫效应尚需积累更多例数和更长时间的观察。Objective To observe the immunologic changes in patients who have complications after polyacrylamide hydrogel (HPG) injection. Methods To compare the patients in the HPG injection group and the control group,the expressions of immunoglobulin IgG,IgM,IgA and complement C_3,C_4 of serum were measured by immunoturbidimetry Results The expressions of IgG and C_3 in the injection group were lower than the control group with extremely significant difference ( P <0.01). The expressions of IgM were higher than the control group with significant difference ( P <0.05). The expression of IgA and C_4 had no significant differences between the two groups. The immunologic changes had no relation to the injection doses. Conclusions Clinical application of HPG as a soft tissue filling material may cause foreign-body rejection reaction. The long-term immunologic effect of HPG needs further observation in more cases. ;
