摘  要:本文研究了氟原子F(~2P)与CH_3OH反应的可见区(300~900nm)化学发光,得到了HF^+(v′=3→v′=0)振动跃迁和CH_2O(a^3,A_2→X^1A_1)电子态跃迁的发射谱,并求出基电子态CH_2O分子C-O拉伸模的光谱常数:ω_(?)=1762.5cm^(-1),ω_(?)χ_(?)=9.4cm^(-1),ω_2=1743.6cm^(-1),其值与吸收光谱中的结果能较好地一致。机理分析认为激发态分子CH_2O(a^3A_2)是由F原子先后提取CH_3OH分子中的两个H原子且优先形成非平面分子而形成的。Visible chemiluminescence in the region of 300~900nm was measured from the reaction of F(~2P) atoms with CH_3OH at various pressures using crossed molecular beam apparatus. The emission of HF^+(v′=3→v′=0) overtone transition was only observed under low pressure condition. As the pressure increased, long progressive bands of CH_2O(a^3A_2→X^1A_1) were observed besides HF(3,0). It is the first observation of CH_2O(a^3A_2→X^1A_1) emission. The spectrum constants of C-O stretch mode (v_2) were obtained: ω_e=1762.5cm^(-1), ω_ex_e=9.4cm^(-1), ω_2=1743.6cm^(-1) The reaction mechanism was discussed, it is proposed that the out of plane molecule CH_2O(a^3A_2) was produced as two H atoms were abstracted from the molecule CH_3OH.
