摘  要:应用BIPAP30通气系统对两组22例呼吸衰竭患者进行人工通气治疗,并与常规人工通气进行比较,结果显示:两组患者接受BIPAP30与常规透气系统通气治疗后,生命体征、动脉血气(BGA)、呼吸频率、浅快呼吸指数(f/TV)、气道内峰压(PIP)、平均气道压(MAP)均无显著差异,P值均<0.05.结论:PIPAP30系统可安全用于PIP<25mH_2O的呼吸衰竭患者的人工通气治疗.To investigate the efficiency of BIPAP30 system- a widely used non-invasive mechanicalventilation system, 22 patients with respiratory failure were involved in this study. All the subjects were divided into two groups: Group I (6 intubated patients), Group Ⅱ (Intubaled/tracheostomy 13/3); Both groups received mechanical ventilation with BiPAP30 system and traditional systems. BGA, PIP, MAP, f/TV were measured. The results showed that no significant difference was found in the two groups between the diflerent mechanical ventilation systems. Conclusion: BIPAP30 mechanical ventilation system can be used in invasive mechanical ventilation safely in patients with PIP<25cmH2O respiratory failure.
